The Process
Please feel free to call. In order to give an accurate quote detailing materials and labor we will need to schedule an appointment to gather measurements and specifics. Customers can choose from two types of quotes.
1: A Turnkey quote will allow the customer to let us do all the shopping and leg work involved. We will bring samples of materials to you that you will then make the final decision on. We will then purchase , provide delivery and installation of the products you choose. This will include a markup on materials to cover the costs associated with this type of quote.
2: The second option ( most Popular ) The LRO quote. Labor and Rough installation materials Only. This quote gives the customer the option of choosing and providing all finish materials for the project. If its visible upon completion the customer purchases and provides it. Cabinets, vanity, tile, flooring , faucets etc. In this quote we still provide any rough installation materials to complete the project. Cement board, thin set, sheetrock, framing lumber, shower pan etc. This is our most popular choice. It not only gives the customer complete control over the materials and can save you a substantial amount of money.
